Sunday 6th April - Rugby to Buckingham

We've started -so we must finish!
A hillier and windier day than we'd have hoped for in cutting across Northamptonshire to Buckingham. When fortune favoured us, we rejoiced in merely a cross-wind on the climbs.
Mingled throughout the morning with a Vintage Rally (hard to say who struggled more with some of the inclines). For some of them, lunch stop was with ours at Canons Ashby.
No time to explore the property but enough for Andy to trip to the tearoom while Jane fielded questions in the car park - at least one person had spotted the 'Le Muy' number plate and could appreciate at least something of the journey ahead for us.

(Henry, Scooby is still doing well on point duty!)
